And you can't blame him for taking advantage of a bad law. Lake Powell still "looks" pretty good now, but the future isn't bright. If we hadn't had an unexpected wet winter a couple of years ago, it might have been functionally "empty" the next year. So we're not that far from the edge. Thanks for writing!
