And Spring was held between 10 and 11 last Tuesday in Color Country.

May 2009 Wallpaper
I recall that when I lived in Salt Lake in my previous life, the city or the county (I forget which) actually passed an official resolution abolishing spring because the seasons seem to go directly from winter to summer in these parts. So April’s wallpaper – with snow on the cliffs of Zion – needs to be replaced by something a bit more summery.Dancing Billy

(Most people can double-click the image to display the full size version and then right-click on that to set it as “Background”.)

As I reported in What I Do For You!! I risked life and limb for the photo in May’s calendar. I heard from many of my friends with sentiments like, “Gee, I wish that billy goat had nailed you!” Here’s another shot of “Billy” that my wife thought was better. She calls this one, “Dancing Billy.”

Another sign of the changing season is that Springdale’s world famous “Farmers Market” is being held again every Saturday starting at 9:00. They asked me to do the web page! You can see more information about the Farmers Market and other events here in Color Country at the Zion Harvest web page. Check it out!

That might be my most favorite Wallpaper pic of all. That is very nice. And you most definitely have simplified the process of making the pictures appear as wallpaper. I did what you said and viola! It is on the computer screen as wallpaper! Much simpler than the other instructions. Thanks for the work you put in to make that happen.

And so is the web page great for the Farmer’s Market, et al. Good picture of the gardens and good information and no problem navigating around. If you keep at it, Dan, you may learn what you’re doing with all this computer stuff!
